Founders with decades of finance and AI behind every claim we make. Senior expertise stays in the loop, by design, not by accident. // CO-FOUNDER & CEO ### Christopher Thierry cimpl · exited enterprise spend at scale strategy · capital · operating standards Chris founded Cimpl, the enterprise spend platform that managed billions in spend for global organizations before its sale. The exit gave him a close-up view of where institutional diligence breaks down at scale: not in the work itself, but in the time and people needed to do it well. He co-founded LiquidDocs to close that gap. Today he leads strategy, capital, and the operating standards across the company. CEO of the Year 2018 and an industry Hall of Fame inductee, he has directed billions in technology spend for enterprises, financial institutions, and the public sector, and coaches executives on AI adoption. // CO-FOUNDER & PRESIDENT ### Tomas Gauthier 200+ data rooms 20+ years in deals client side · scoping · quality bar Tomas has spent two decades operating across venture, M&A, and capital raises. He has built, structured, and reviewed data rooms for more than two hundred organizations. The work LiquidDocs now productizes, he has done by hand, more times than anyone we know of. He leads the firm's client side: scoping engagements, owning relationships, and setting the quality bar for what ships. Two decades of integrations and AI agents for private equity and regulated markets sit behind the firm’s expert-verified automation. // WHERE WE OPERATE ## Three offices. *One standard.* // PRIMARY · US New York Capital markets coverage // EUROPE London Cross-border transactions // HQ + R&D Montreal Engineering and platform // TALK TO A SENIOR EXPERT ## Talk to one of us directly.
