After selling his last SaaS company, Cimpl, that managed billions in enterprise spending, Mr. Thierry saw first-hand the challenges faced by organizations handling complex legal and compliance documents. Never one to wait for someone else's solution, he co-founded LiquidDocs to take on the challenge himself.

Tomas Gauthier

A serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist, Mr. Gauthier co-founded LiquidDocs after spending one too many late evenings building and populating yet another organizational data room. Having done the same thing for more than 200 organizations and understanding the critical market need for a solution, he's embarked on the journey to make one.

Mr. Fischer has been working with AI for just about as long as the technology has existed, with nearly three decades in the space at the C level. With a proven background like that, there aren't many other candidates on the planet who can boast the breadth and depth of his expertise.
